The Visionary
THE JOURNEY
Every great vision starts with a single spark.
For Joshua, it wasn't in a boardroom; it was at a Science Park High School track meet in 2014 when a friend let him use their camera. That moment of exposure led to him joining the media team at his church later that year—a platform provided by his spiritual anchor, Rev. Dr. Jacqueline Waite. It was in the media ministry that his creativity found a home and his lens became a tool for service.

At 16 years old, while a student at Science Park, Joshua penned an essay that would define his professional trajectory:
“Take a look at the word 'business.' What do you see? I see in bold the word 'bus.' What is a bus? It is a vehicle. What is a vehicle? A vehicle is a mode of transportation. Therefore, I consider business a mode of transportation to reach my goals.”

While he once dreamed of being an architect of buildings, Joshua realized his ultimate calling was to be an architect of legacy. He realized that perspective can either be a passport or a prison; it can either fly you to your dreams or keep you imprisoned by the fear of failure. After graduating from Science Park and Rutgers Business School in Newark, he turned that "bus" toward the community, using his business as the vehicle to drive others toward their own destinations.
The Three Pillars
Our work is built upon three foundational architects of character:
Excellence
Excellence is defined by the consistency of character and the understanding that your talents are a form of service to others.
Resilience
Resilience is the internal fortitude to navigate significant trials and strategically adjust your trajectory without losing your vision.
Purpose
Purpose is the realization that you have the power to succeed and the responsibility to be a light for others.
THE BLUEPRINT FOR SUCCESS
E + R = O
EVENT + RESPONSE = OUTCOME
While we cannot always control the events that occur in our lives, we have total authority over our response. By controlling our responses, we can influence the outcome.
